Pan pricing & serving guide
Medium: 10 regular side portions. Large: 20 regular side portions. These are proposed catering quantities; confirm pan capacity and serving sizes with the diner. Each item is ordered separately.
Prices: updated diner side price × portions × pans, plus 7% meals tax. No bulk discount or markup is added. Bacon uses five strips per portion; sausage uses three links per portion. Pancakes, French toast, ham, homefries and toast use one regular side order per portion.
For 10 guests, choose one medium pan of each desired item; for 20, one large pan. For 30, combine a medium and a large; for 40, two large; for 50, two large and a medium. Choose the mix and portion amounts appropriate for your guests.
Tax is rounded once on the combined subtotal, so adding displayed pan prices can differ by a cent. Card estimates are 3% higher, following the printed menu. Packaging, the menu’s 0.50 to-go surcharge, paid extras and gratuity are excluded until confirmed. This file saves an unpaid estimate; it does not send an order.

Offline use, saving & printing
This file contains all menu data and code and needs no internet for calculations. Open it in a browser that runs HTML; iPhone Files previews may not run the controls. Keep the file in the same location and use the same browser to retain saved receipts. Clearing browser data removes receipts, so export a backup. PDF buttons download actual PDFs. You can print through your browser or share the PDF with a compatible printer app.
